Fundmeeting is a software platform that provides AI-powered investor matching, automated outreach campaigns, investor CRM, analytics, and secure data room hosting for startup fundraising. We use your provided company information to power our AI investor matching and outreach services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may sign up using email and password or Google sign-in. For Google sign-in, we receive basic profile information (name, email, and avatar as provided by Google).

4. Subscription and Billing

Fundmeeting offers subscription plans with varying features and contact limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful fundraising outreach. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass recipients, or violate applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection regulations.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use your company information solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your proprietary data with third parties.

Fundmeeting does not guarantee that you will successfully raise capital. Our Service is designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your investor outreach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fundmeeting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
